Year 3 Golf

24th May 2022 By angelaritson

Article 15: You have the right to take part in activities with others.

Year 3 pupils attended a golf festival at Bishop Auckland Golf Club this week. Firstly, there was much excitement about the opportunity to go on the bus following a long period of time without trips! Children participated in golf skill activities working as a team to score points. They learnt how to hold the golf club correctly and developed chipping and putting skills. All pupils were enthusiastic and great ambassadors for our school throughout the morning. They also appreciated the views the golf course has to offer on a beautiful morning! If your child is interested in pursuing an interest in golf, please contact Bishop Auckland Golf Club.
