We have been looking at Myths and Legends. We have been completing work on the Myth “Arachne”, a story about a young girl with a talent for weaving. To link with this, this afternoon we went onto the field to collect natural materials for our ‘mindful nature weaving’ activity. This was an excellent activity to develop fine motor skills and the children showed fantastic teamwork, noticing when somebody else was struggling and offering to help.
