Our days can be busy, fun and exciting. This is great! To keep our mind and body healthy, it is important to also make time to be still, calm and quiet. Time to relax can help us to feel happy. It was a lovely day so we went outside, got ourselves comfortable and simply looked up at the sky. We thought about what we could see, breathing slowly and gently. We looked carefully at the clouds and drew what shapes we could see. What shapes can you see?
