The whole school enjoyed Maths Week England last week (WB 09.11.20) to celebrate Maths in a variety of different ways. Each class completed Maths Mission tasks using their Maths skills, lots of which showed us how valuable Maths is to everyday life. Some wonderful examples include work which focused on the children creating posters about themselves using number facts, playing a game focusing on factors of a number and completing a jigsaw puzzle using numbers in a different language. Resilience, determination and focus were needed throughout the week. It has been great to see all children working on puzzles and questions with such positive attitudes.
Throughout the week, we also participated in a competition on Rockstar Times Tables. Well done to everyone who worked on this at some point.
